Us- 4&1/2 years younger
Lately things have been kind-of stressful. Susie has her good nights but mostly it is getting up every couple of hours with her. We are in the middle of finding a house (not really as much fun as you think it is going to be at the beginning of your search). But last night as I was looking for songs by a Utah artist named Kalai I came across some wedding videos that were done by a Utah photographer and as I watched them I was reminded of the day Jim and I and our family started. I love my husband. He is so good and thoughtful. He is the best father anyone, or any girl that is screaming in the background right now as I write this entry, could ask for. Thank you baby for being who you are. Here is a video for you all to enjoy of our special day about 4&1/2 years ago.

My cheeks hurt!
We got Sue laughing a couple of weeks ago so much that my cheeks were hurting from smiling and laughing so much. She is such a cute, cudley, happy baby.
We are so lucky to have such a happy baby.
Meeting all the family members
We went to lunch with Uncle Steve (Jim's younger brother) while we were in Houston. He had his hands full with a niece and nephew that love him very much.
We love our Uncle Steve!!!
We were also able to visit with "Aunt Rene" and "Uncle Craig". They are good friends of the family.

We also visited Papa and Uncle David. It was "papa's" first time to meet his first great-granddaughter. The weather was beautiful in Houston. While we were in Houston we stayed with Brian, Christina, and Dominic. Dominic just had his first birthday. Thanks for letting us stay with you guys. We had such a fun time just 'getting away'.

Susie is rolling!!!
Susie rolled over offiically on Tuesday morning. From the time she first started to try to roll over and when she rolled over was three days. Amazing. I think the most amazing thing is that we never had to teach her how to roll over she just knew how to do it. I am pretty sure that she is teaching us more things than we are teaching her. I guess that is what first time parenthood is all about. :)

Fever Spots
This past week Susie had a high temperature (102) for a couple of days. Because of the fever persisting so long she developed fever spots all over her body. At first we thought they were bug bites but then they kept spreading. We took her to the doctor's on Sunday to make sure our little baby Susie was okay. He confirmed that she had contracted a virus and it just needed to run it's course. It is so hard to see your little baby sick or in pain. I was wishing I could be the sick and itchy one. Her rash has now gone away and she is back to normal. We were able to catch her little laugh on camera. Mind you that everytime she saw the camera she would stop laughing and concentrate on the camera and not us.

3 month old pictures
We got Susie's pictures taken this past week. We usually can get her to smile but she was not having it at her picture session. She weighs about 12 lbs now and is laughing.
