We just finished our option period on our new house yesterday!!! We will be moving in to our first home around June 10th. We are so excited. One of my favorite things about the house is the large covered patio in the back. It has two ceiling fans to help us keep cool here in the Texas heat. More inside pictures to come in June when we move in. Here is a look at the front and the back of the house.

Congratulations!! The option period on our house ended this past thursday and we close on June 16th. Now we have tons of paperwork to fill out. So it sounds like we are on the same time line. Looks like a nice big backyard for Susie to run around in (when she starts running).

I am so excited for you three. My mom told me you were buying a house. It will be really nice having your own place and not paying for rent. Good luck with all the finalizing. I know when we bought our condo there was a ton of things to do. Luckily, Sean knew what he was doing.
